Visits car auctions in Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing weekly. Knows which dealer lots typically yield the cleanest cars and how to read a Chinese-language inspection sticker.
Aisha Wang — Head of Logistics
Manages our shipping calendar, container loading photos and customs declarations. Mandarin / English / Russian. Books 60+ containers a year.
Engineering team (2)
Two CCIC-licensed mechanics who run our pre-export checks and provide remote diagnostic support during the warranty period. Both worked at OEM service centres before joining NDCARS.
Sales team (4)
One representative per language: English, Russian, Arabic, Spanish. Each owns their accounts end-to-end through delivery.
Operations (3)
Bookkeeping, document control and customer support. They keep your file open during the full 1-year warranty.
