CCIC is the largest state-licensed inspection body in China and recognised by customs authorities in most importing countries. Inspection reports satisfy SGS-equivalent buyer requirements across the Middle East, Africa, EAEU and Latin America.
What the inspection covers
Each report contains:
- Identity verification — VIN, engine number, chassis match, registration documents
- Exterior — body panel alignment, paint depth (mil-thickness meter), wheel & tyre condition
- Interior — seats, dashboard electronics, infotainment, AC, all switches
- Mechanical — engine start, idle, fluid levels, exhaust smoke colour, suspension test
- EV-specific — battery State of Health (SOH) via OBD diagnostic, charging port test, range estimate
- Underbody — frame straightness, rust, weld points, fluid leaks
- Road test (when allowed by venue) — acceleration, braking, steering centring
Deliverables you receive
A signed PDF report with 30+ high-resolution photos, the inspection checklist scored A/B/C per item, the original CCIC certificate number for verification, and any defect notes with photographic evidence.
Cost and timing
Standard inspection: 350 USD per vehicle, completed within 3 business days of order confirmation. Expedited 24-hour inspection: 600 USD when shipment timelines are tight. Cost is borne by us in wholesale contracts above 5 units.
When CCIC finds an issue
If a material defect surfaces, we either repair before export (with your approval) or refund the deposit minus inspection fee. You always see the report before the vehicle ships — no surprises at the destination port.
