Pre-shipment refunds
If you cancel before the vehicle ships, deposit is refundable minus any third-party costs already incurred (inspection fee, photo session, paperwork). Typical refund is 85–95% of deposit.
Material defects discovered after delivery
If the CCIC inspection report omitted a major defect that materially affects the vehicle's value or safety, contact us within 30 days of port arrival. We will arrange remedy (parts shipment, repair credit or partial refund) at our discretion.
What is NOT refundable
Cosmetic wear and tear, accident damage incurred after shipment, customs duties paid at destination, currency exchange losses, battery SOH degradation below 80% if delivered above 80% at port.
How to request
Email yake92@niudetrade.com with your order number, vehicle slug or chassis number, dated photos and a written description. Initial response within 3 business days.
Cooling-off
Because each shipment is contracted for export, there is no general cooling-off period after the contract is signed and deposit paid.
