We can supply every brand — Chinese brands (BYD, Geely, Haval, Chery, Hongqi, Aito, XPeng, Avita, Li Auto, Nio, BAIC, Changan, etc.) and overseas brands with factories in China (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Tesla, Hyundai, Volvo, Cadillac). Petrol, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and pure electric.

What is your main market?

We sell to 20+ countries. The largest markets by volume are Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kyrgyzstan, Djibouti, Kenya, Peru and Chile. We export 300+ vehicles per year.

Do you do wholesale or retail?

Both. Retail vehicles range from $10,000 to $100,000+. For wholesale we supply consolidated containers of economy models or ex-taxi fleets, with discount tiers starting at 5 units.

Where is your showroom?

Our headquarters and main showroom are at 916, No.3 Building, Zhangdi Square, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, China. Sourcing partners cover Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Changchun.

How long have you been in business?

NDCARS (Chongqing Niude Trade Co., Ltd) was founded in 2021. By the end of 2025 we had exported more than 1,500 vehicles.

Do you handle right-hand drive (RHD) markets?

Yes — for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa and Japan-spec re-exports. We source RHD-original vehicles; we do not convert LHD to RHD.

Who inspects the cars before export?

An independent third-party inspector from CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group) — the state-licensed inspection authority. We never inspect our own cars.

What does the inspection report include?

30+ high-resolution photos, VIN/engine/chassis verification, paint depth meter readings, OBD diagnostic codes, battery SOH for EVs, and an A/B/C condition score per checklist item.

How long does inspection take?

Standard inspection completes within 3 business days of order confirmation. Expedited 24-hour inspection is available for an additional fee.

What if the inspection finds a problem?

We notify you immediately with photos. We either repair the issue before shipping (with your written approval), or refund the deposit minus inspection costs already incurred. You always see the report before the vehicle ships.

What does the warranty cover?

1-year limited warranty against major mechanical failure caused by undisclosed pre-export defects — engine, transmission, drive train, ECU and major electronic modules. EV battery if SOH drops below 75% within the period.

What is NOT covered?

Wear items (brake pads, filters, tyres), accident damage after delivery, cosmetic wear, neglect, unauthorised modifications, and battery degradation when SOH at delivery was below 80%.

How do I claim?

Email yake92@niudetrade.com with your order number, photos of the fault and a short video. Initial diagnosis over WhatsApp within 24 hours. Parts shipped by courier; remote support for your local mechanic.

Yes — common wear and crash parts kept in our Khorgos (rail hub) and Dubai warehouses. Specialist parts shipped from China within 5–10 days.

What are the payment terms?

30% deposit via T/T or L/C secures the vehicle; balance 5–7 days before vessel cutoff. Repeat customers above $500k annual volume may qualify for 30-day post-shipment terms.

Which payment methods do you accept?

T/T (SWIFT bank wire) is most common. L/C is recommended for orders above $200,000. Alibaba Trade Assurance for smaller first-time orders ($5,000–$50,000).

Listed prices are FOB-indicative. Final price depends on FX rate, port of destination, container type and inspection date. Wholesale (5+ units) and first-time-buyer discounts apply.

How does shipping work?

Sea, land or rail — we choose the most suitable method based on your destination port. Container (preferred) or Ro-Ro for fleets. We cooperate with major shipping lines and handle all customs declarations.

Container vs Ro-Ro — what should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Container (40HC fits 3–4 cars) for high-value, EV and any country with strict customs photo requirements. Ro-Ro is cheaper per unit but offers less protection — best for fleets of identical low-value vehicles.

How long does shipping take?

Tianjin → Vladivostok: 7 days. Tianjin → Almaty (rail): 18 days. Shanghai → Dubai: 22 days. Guangzhou → Mombasa: 28 days. Shanghai → Klaipeda: 35 days. Excludes port congestion.

What documents will I receive?

Commercial invoice, packing list with VIN, original Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form A/E for FTA rates), CCIC inspection certificate, export licence and EV battery UN 38.3 declaration where applicable.

Can you export EVs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — BYD, Tesla, AITO, Avita, XPeng, Li Auto, Nio, BAIC, Geely and many more. We declare each lithium battery per UN 38.3 and provide the required Class 9 IMO Dangerous Goods paperwork.

How is battery condition verified?

Accepted Answer

CCIC reads the BMS via OBD during inspection to report State of Health (SOH). We deliver vehicles at or above 80% SOH; this is documented in the inspection report and contract.

Do EVs need special shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cells must be at 30–50% state of charge for sea freight, battery shipping declaration submitted to the carrier, and container deck position decided by the line. We handle all of this.
