What is covered
Engine, transmission, drive train, ECU and major electronic modules. EV battery covered if SOH drops below 75% within the warranty period (delivered above 80%).
What is NOT covered
Wear items (brake pads, filters, tyres, wiper blades), accident damage after delivery, cosmetic wear, neglect or unauthorised modifications.
How to claim
Email yake92@niudetrade.com with order number, photos of the fault and a video of the symptom. Initial diagnosis remote via WhatsApp within 24 hours. If parts are needed, we ship via courier (UPS / FedEx / DHL).
Engineer remote support
Our two Chinese-trained engineers cover GMT+3 to GMT+9 weekday hours. They walk your local mechanic through the diagnostic, including OBD codes, ECU resets and BMS calibrations.
Spare parts pipeline
Common wear and crash parts kept at our Khorgos and Dubai warehouses (alternator, starter motor, sensors, brake calipers, headlamp units). Specialist parts shipped from Chinese supplier within 5–10 days.
