Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ndusedcar.com and any purchase or quote made through us. By using the site you accept these Terms.

1. Service description

NDCARS is a used-car export agency based in Chongqing, China. We source vehicles, arrange third-party inspections, handle export documentation and coordinate international shipping. Vehicle ownership transfers on payment per the sales contract.

2. Quotations and orders

Online prices are indicative until confirmed by a written quote. Final price depends on FX rates, port of destination, container type and inspection date. A quote is valid for 7 days unless extended in writing.

3. Payment terms

We accept T/T bank transfer (preferred), L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance for smaller amounts. A 30% deposit secures the vehicle; balance is due before shipping.

4. Inspection and warranty

Every vehicle undergoes third-party CCIC inspection. We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering major mechanical failure caused by undisclosed pre-export defects. The warranty excludes wear items, accident damage and battery degradation over 80% SOH at delivery.

5. Shipping and risk

Risk transfers per the Incoterms in your contract (typically FOB or CIF). We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, port strikes or customs holds at destination.

6. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before payment with no penalty. Post-payment cancellations incur a restocking fee equal to costs incurred (typically 5–15% of vehicle value).

7. Intellectual property

All content on ndusedcar.com — photos, text, logos, JSON-LD — is owned by Chongqing Niude Trade Co., Ltd. or licensed to it. You may not reproduce content without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is the value of the vehicle purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by arbitration at the Chongqing Arbitration Commission.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always at this URL. Last updated 2026-01-01.
