Shipping & Customs Clearance

We handle ocean freight, land/rail freight and air cargo for every export shipment. Our logistics partners cover 60+ ports worldwide with proven track records on China-to-destination routes.

Container vs Ro-Ro

Container shipping (20' / 40' / 40HC) is preferred for high-value cars, EVs and any vehicle going to a country with strict customs photo requirements. Ro-Ro (roll-on/roll-off) is cheaper per unit but offers less protection — best for fleet shipments of identical low-value vehicles.

Loading and lashing

Per IICL/CSC standards: 2–4 cars per 40HC container depending on body type, wooden chocks at all four wheels, ratchet straps tested to 5,000 daN, fuel drained to 1/4 tank (regulatory), 12V battery disconnected.

Documentation chain

We issue and forward:

  • Commercial invoice (we, signed and stamped)
  • Packing list with VIN, photos and dimensions
  • Bill of Lading (B/L) — original couriered, copy emailed
  • Certificate of Origin (CO) — Form A or FORM E for ASEAN/EAEU preferential rates
  • CCIC inspection certificate
  • Export licence from MOFCOM where applicable
  • EV battery shipping declaration (UN 38.3 + Class 9 IMO DG papers for lithium)

Typical routes and lead times

Tianjin → Vladivostok: 7 days. Tianjin → Almaty (rail via Khorgos): 18 days. Shanghai → Dubai Jebel Ali: 22 days. Guangzhou → Mombasa: 28 days. Shenzhen → Antofagasta Chile: 38 days. Shanghai → Klaipeda: 35 days. Times exclude port congestion.

Customs clearance at destination

We can connect you with vetted clearing agents in 12 major destination ports, or work with your own broker if you prefer. We provide all documents at least 48 hours before vessel arrival.
